With these products and like all the others, we use : Red Label and CRC flour, churned thermised butter or AOP Charentes-Poitou butter, fresh free-range eggs, beetroot sugar, organic tavira salt, fresh yeast, 100% pure cocoa butter in our chocolate, real organic Corinthes raisins from a Greek family run business...and always lots of time and work.
